Kool Kids Entertainment are able to offer Santa Claus (Father Christmas) visits to your home address throughout December, for locations we are able to cover please see below.

Our professional Santa Claus will come to your home address for a 15/20 minute visit to wish you and your child or children a very Merry Christmas. Santa Claus will have a chat with your child, check if they are on the naughty or nice list and there will be the opportunity to have a photo taken. Your child will also receive a small present, as long as they are on the nice list.

*A Christmas Activity Pack can be provided where a selection box is not suitable for dietary or health reasons, please advise us of this at the time of booking. (subject to availability)

Please Note: Santa Claus visits are extremely limited and based on a first come first served basis.

The Experience

Our Santa Claus will arrive at the time agreed on booking by making his arrival known by ringing his bell. our Santa Claus will greet the child or children by their name, how did he know that? Santa Claus will have a chat with your child, check what they are hoping to receive for Christmas, ask if they have been good etc. Santa Claus will then check his "Child Information File" downloaded from North Pole HQ to ensure that the child is on the Nice List. The child will receive a certificate that confirms they are on the Nice List. Once confirmed Santa Claus will ask the child if they would like an early gift from Santa. The opportunity for a photo will take place so make sure you have your camera ready.

Santa Claus will end the visit by reminding your child to make sure that they behave up to the special day and wave his goodbyes with a loud Ho Ho Ho.

Cost

Standard Visit: 15/20 minute £65 (subject to travel surcharge)

Christmas Eve Visit: 30/45 minute £125 (subject to travel surcharge)

Additional Child: £7.50 per child (Includes addition gift, certificate & additional 5 minutes were required per child)

In order to keep prices low Santa Claus will provide a small gift of a Cadbury / Nestle Selection box or Christmas Activity Pack. Should you wish Santa to give a more substantial gift please let us know when booking. This gift can be left on the door step before Santa's arrival. He will then place it in his sack and give to the child along with the selection box.

Tips & Advice For Parents / Carers From Santa & The Elf & Safety Team...

1. Please ensure that you have read the FAQ's and Important information section below to confirm that the experience is suitable and that we are able to visit your property.
2. Santa Claus will ring this bell on arrival, please make sure you listen out for him.
3. Santa Claus visits can take place indoors or outdoors, please guide Santa on his arrival as to where you would like the visit to take place.
4. For indoor visits please ensure that Santa has a suitable chair to sit on.
5. Please don't ask our Santa Claus to hold or carry any children in his arms as due to costume restrictions Santa is unable to do this.
6. Photos can be taken, make sure your phone or camera is fully charged.
7. If your child is shy or unwilling to talk to Santa don't worry. Santa will do his very best to engage with your child.
8. Santa Claus has a lot of children to see and he would appreciate the parents or carers help when the visit comes to an end.
9. For safety reasons there must be free parking for Santa within close proximity of your property.

Availability

Santa Claus visits are subject to availability and booked on a first come first served basis. Visits will start from Sunday the 3rd of December 2022 till 24th December 2022.

Weekdays: By special Appointment only

Weekends: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Christmas Eve: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

How To Book

If you would like to book Santa Claus to visit your home or to check availability please either give us a call on 07949837154, email us or send us a message via Facebook. Please ensure that you have read the FAQ's section below.

When you contact us we will discuss the availability and times available. Full payment must be made at the time of booking via debit or credit card. This is to ensure that we are able to keep the experience magical for your child with no awkwardness of collecting payment at the time of the visit.

We will require the following information:

1. Your Name
2. Your Address
3. Your Email Address
4. Contact number
5. Child's / Children's Name
6. Child's / Children's Age
7. What you child / Children is hoping to get for Christmas
8. Any other special mention or detail you would like Santa to make (Santa will try and include this but its not always possible)
9. Do any of the children that Santa will be visiting have any dietary or allergy restrictions where a Cadbury / Nestle Selection Box would not be suitable.

Can Santa Claus come in to my house?

Yes, Santa visits can take place indoor or outdoor.

How many children can Santa Claus see during the visit?

Santa can see a maximum of 4 children at one time within the same property.

Can Santa Claus hold my child?

For safety reasons Santa Claus is unable to hold or carry your child due to costume restrictions.

Please assist us with this and don't ask our Santa to hold or carry any child in his arms as Santa is unable to do this.

I live in a flat, can Santa Claus come to my home?

For safety reasons and due to costume restrictions Santa is unable to visit flats, sorry.

Can i take a photo of my child and Santa Claus?

Yes, a photo opportunity will take place if you wish.

Can i reserve a date for my Santa visit?

Unfortunately due to limited availability we can not reserve / hold dates.

How do i make payment?

Once you have made your booking you will be sent email confirmation of this booking. A link to make payment via debit or credit card will be within this email. Payments are processed securely via Square.

Can I provide another gift for Santa to give?

Yes, please leave the gift on the door step and Santa will place it in his sack before ringing his bell.

Can I choose my date and time for Santa Claus to come?

Those booking first will have the option to choose the date and time of Santa's arrival. As more bookings are made we will advise of the dates and times that Santa is in your area and able to visit.

I wish to cancel my booking?

Should you wish to cancel your booking please call us on 07949837154. Unfortunately payments are non refundable. Where possible we may be able to accommodate a date or time change but this is at our discretion. The payment made covers our administrative costs and loss of business due to clients cancelation.
