Kool Kids Entertainment are pleased to be able to provide some of our services but in order to do so we need to take extra steps and precautions to enable us to do so safely. You find below the services that we are now able to offer and details of any restrictions and additional safety measures. Please ensure that you have read and agree to these. These additional hire terms are in addition to our standard terms and conditions that you will be required to agree to and sign.
Please do not be alarmed if when arriving to setup or collect your bouncy castle or soft play hire we are wearing PPE (personal Protective Equipment). This may include gloves, eye wear, face mask, gowns ect.
This is for your safety and ours and will be used as per government guidance and requirements.
Please do not book our services if you do not meet or can not meet he criteria listed below. We reserve the right to refuse any hire upon delivery if the above terms and conditions are not adhered to. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.
We also reserve the right to cancel your booking should weather conditions on the day or forecasted weather conditions on the day have the potential to cause injury to users or damage to our equipment. Including but not limited too, wind speeds and gusts exceeding 24mph, heavy rain, persistent rain showers and extreme temperatures.

Availability
The following bouncy castles and soft play will be available to hire on Saturdays and Sundays only. As an extra precaution our bouncy castles and soft play will only be hired out once over a weekend in order to place the bouncy castle or soft play in quarantine for a minimum of 72 hours between hirers. Availability will be limited and is based on a first come first served basis.
Delivery will take place between 9am and 11am. Collection will take place from 5pm and 7pm. A more precise delivery and collection time will be given when booking.

- 8x8ft Pink & Blue Soft Play Setup - 4 safety mats | 17 soft play shapes £85.00
- 8x8ft Multi Colour Soft Play Setup - 4 safety mats | 17 soft play shapes £85.00
A delivery & cleaning charge of £10.00 maybe applied to all bookings.
How Will My Bouncy Castle Or Soft Play Be Delivered
On the day of delivery please ensure that access to the grassed area that the bouncy castle or soft play will be setup up on is accessible and that the area is clear of any debris, toys or furniture. Please also ensure that access to an outdoor electrical socket or RCD protected extension lead is in position and switched on ready for our arrival.
On our arrival please ensure that all household occupants are within and stay within the household. We will ring the doorbell or knock on the door when we arrive and leave safety instructions and documentation on your doorstep. Please read this while we setup your hired equipment and take any action required as detailed within these instructions. This documentation will include:
- Documentation Checklist
- Bouncy Castles Safety Certificate (where applicable)
- Bouncy Castle or Soft Play Hire Agreement
- Safety Instruction Sheet
- Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) Regulations 2020 Policy
- COSHH Document (If Required)
Should you have a question please call the number on the documentation, please DO NOT exit your house to speak to us.
Once your hired equipment is setup we will give the castle a further clean with BS EN 1276 approved industrial antibacterial cleaner, please allow a minimum of 30 minutes for this to dry on our departure. A COSHH information sheet for the cleaner can be found within the documentation pack that we left on your door step.
Once the bouncy castle or soft play has been setup and cleaned we will leave but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
How Will My Bouncy Castle Or Soft Play Be Collected
We will arrive at the pre-arrange agreed time, please ensure that all household occupants are off the bouncy castle or soft play and are within the household. We will clean the bouncy castle or soft play with BS EN 1276 approved industrial antibacterial cleaner and allow to dry before packing away and removing the bouncy castle or soft play from site. Please note that removing the bouncy castle or soft play from site will take longer than normal due to the additional cleaning required.
Bouncy Castle & Soft Play Hire Criteria / Requirements
1. Any bouncy castle or soft play hire will be for use by members of the household that hired the bouncy castle or soft play only. This means no neighbours, friends or family not residing in the same household or any public gathering.
2. We will only deliver to private enclosed gardens and bouncy castles and soft play will only be setup on a suitable grassed area / surface.
3. We can not deliver to any household that has an occupant being shielded, deemed high risk or in isolation.
4. We can not deliver to any household where any occupant has shown symptoms of the virus or has tested positive for the virus within 14 days prior to the hire.
5. All occupants of the household must remain inside the house while we deliver, install and collect the bouncy castle or soft play. This means that the bouncy castle or soft play must be vacated with all occupants inside the house prior to our arrival.
6. We must be provided with suitable access to the garden via an open gate. We will not enter or go through the house.
7. We must be provided with access to an outdoor electrical socket or RCD protected extension lead in position and switched on ready for our arrival.
8. Availability of bouncy castles and soft play may be limited as there will be a minimum of 72 hours between hires.
9. Payment must be made online via Bank transfer 24 hours before hire, details will be provided when booking.
10. Terms and conditions must be agreed to and signed electronically at least 24 hours before hire.
Our delivery staff will carry hand sanitiser in the van, and will be using different face masks, gloves and shoe coverings for each delivery and collection. All bouncy castles and soft play will be cleaned and disinfected upon delivery, again upon collection and between hires. (See cleaning record). Bookings will not be accepted from any client not meeting or accepting the above terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse any hire upon delivery if the above terms and conditions are not adhered to. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.

Party Entertainment Packages: Party Host / Magician
We are now pleased to be able to provide garden party entertainment across Glasgow & Lanarkshire. There are still certain rules and regulations that we will have to follow, but you can now book a socially distanced Children’s Magic Show for a party taking place in your own private back garden.
Unfortunately venues and halls are still closed, and are likely to be for the next few months. Although you can’t invite loads of people round for a party you can invite a select few. So if it’s your child’s birthday you can enjoy a party in your garden together and still have a special day.
Our Magic & Mayhem 60 minute show, with social distancing includes a mix of magic, comedy interaction, participation and is filled with lots and lots of fun and laughs. Guaranteed to ensure the birthday boy or girl has a fantastic time even during these difficult times.
As much as we would like to bring children up to assist in performing the magic tricks this isn't currently possible but that doesn't mean the children and audience can't interact, they will be encouraged to do so.
