Do you offer Party Entertainment Packages?
What are your prices?
You will find all of our prices listed on this web site with each product or package description. Please Note: There may be a small surcharge for fuel and travel time if your event is in another city or more than 10 miles from Glasgow City Centre.
Unfortunately we do not price match with other entertainers or entertainment companies in the Glasgow area as we are all different in ability & quality of service and believe our prices represent the quality and expertise of service we provide.
Do you provide the venue for the Party Entertainment Package?
No, we will come to any venue that you have hired or residential address within Glasgow. For a list of recommended venues please see our Recommended Venues page.
Can i reserve a date / can you hold an asset or package for me?
Kool Kids Entertainment receive enquiries and bookings on a daily basis and for this reason we are unable to reserve or hold a date, asset or party package for you. We can advise if a date, asset or Party Entertainment Package is currently available on a certain date.
Can I have the bouncy castle or inflatable set up indoors in a venue or hall?
Yes, all of our Bouncy Castles, inflatables and Soft Play can be used indoors. Sand bags are used to stabilise the Bouncy Castle down. We would advise that you check the height the venues ceiling, as well as the width and length, to ensure the inflatable fits. If it is going indoors please advise us at the time of booking so we know to bring the right equipment ready for delivery.
Can the Bouncy Caste or Soft Play be hired for outdoor use?
Yes, from March to October all of our Bouncy Castles and Soft Play setups can be hired for outdoor use on a grass surface as part of a Party Entertainment Package. Outdoor hire is subject to weather conditions on the day. This excludes our Soft Play Arena which is indoor only.
How long will we get the Bouncy Castle we have hired for?

Do you hire Soft Play for outdoor use?
Can you setup the Bouncy Castle or Soft Play in a communal / common area / field?
Unfortunately due to insurance reasons we are unable to setup a Bouncy Castle or Soft Play in a communal / common area shared by other residents. We are also unable to setup Bouncy Castle on fields or land by your property that is not part of your property.
Do you have insurance for your Bouncy Castles & Soft Play you hire?
Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £5 million pound, which covers for any injury or accident which can be deemed our staff or our equipments fault. Additional insurance cover is available to buy direct from an insurance broker to cover supervision and personal injury. We also have public liability insurance as an entertainer.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes we take a 20% non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking for all hires and services we provide. This fee covers the cost of making the booking, reserving the assets and purchasing any required supplies to fulfil your booking. The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your hire or package.
Do i need to provide identification (ID) / What forms of identification do you accept?
As with hiring most items, car hire, tool hire etc 2 forms of identification may be required. This will be explained to you when making your booking. Identification should include either your photographic drivers licence or passport and another form of identification that includes your home address. Both forms of identification should match and must be in the hirers name.
Are my details secure?
Kool Kids Entertainment use Worldpay to securely process any payments made by credit or debit card to us via our sister site, Bounce & Party. We do not take or keep your credit card, debit card or payment details.
Any personal details (name, address, phone number, Email address etc) are stored securely on our secure hosting platform and will never be given or sold to anyone else. We may use this information to contact you prior to your booking and in the future. Please notify us if you would like your details removing following your hire.
What are the power requirements for your items?
We require one 13 amp power socket (standard household plug) for each Bouncy Castle / Inflatable and must be within 25 meters. For Party Entertainment Package with music and disco lights we require a minimum of 2 13 amp power sockets within 5 meters of the preferred setup location.
Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?
Yes, all our electrical equipment is PAT tested and inspected on setup.
Can we collect our Bouncy Castle, Soft Play or inflatable from you instead?
Do your Bouncy Castles have rain shower covers?
What if it rains or is extremely windy?
For Bouncy Castles and Soft Play hires: No charge is made for any cancellation made up to 1 hour before the agreed delivery time due to bad weather. It is not desirable to hire Bouncy Castles in wet conditions or when it is extremely windy. All of our Bouncy Castles have rain covers which will be suitable for light rain showers or drizzle, but not heavy downpours of rain. If you wish to cancel your booking due to bad weather conditions please give us as much notice as possible, preferably before 9am on the day but at least 1 hour before the agreed delivery time. Cancelations made upon delivery will be charged in full at the agreed hire rate.
For Party Entertainment Packages: Cancelations must be made no later than 48 hours before the agreed party start time. Cancelation's made after this will be charged at the agreed price.
Please note that we also reserve the right to cancel any booking due to weather conditions that we deem has the potential to cause injury or damage.
Can I Cancel my Bouncy Castle or Soft Play hire booking?
Yes, you may cancel up to 1 hour before the agreed delivery time (please see our Refund and Cancellation Terms and Conditions). Cancelations made upon delivery will be charged in full at the agreed hire rate.
My garden is on a slope can I still hire a Bouncy Castle?
Can I hire Bouncy Castles or Soft Play overnight?
No, we do not currently offer over night hire on any of our services or products.
How long will it take to set up and take away the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable?
Do you offer any multiple item asset discount if hiring more then one Bouncy Castle or equipment from you?
Can I use a Bouncy Castle in the rain?
For safety reasons we advise that you wait until the rain passes. Once the rain has stopped dry the Bouncy Castle with a clean towel.
Do the Bouncy Castle's & Soft Play come manned?
What are the rules for the use of the Bouncy Castle?
Please adhere to the following rules when using the bouncy castle:
- All equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- No hard objects are allowed on the bouncy castle / inflatable, including shoes or any kind of footwear, glasses, jewellery or toys
- Food, drinks and other messy objects are not allowed on the bouncy castle / inflatable. If we believe this rule has been broken, or if the bouncy castle / inflatable is returned in a condition beyond what would be expected from normal use, the hirer will be liable to pay a £45 charge to cover the cost of cleaning.
- Do not sit or climb on the rain covers or the walls of the bouncy castle.
- Do not overcrowd the bouncy castle.
- Please remove any children who are misbehaving.
- Please segregate sessions into people of a similar size or age.
- Generators and air blowers must be placed in an area that ensures they are not a trip hazard. Children must not be allowed near the air blower or generator.
- Generators and air blowers must be sheltered to protect them from rain showers.
- Do not smoke near the bouncy castle / inflatable.
- If the bouncy castle / inflatable is damaged due to negligence or malicious acts, the hirer will be liable to pay for the full cost of any repairs required.

How much space do I need for the Bouncy Castle?
Sizes stated on our site are base measurements. You will need some extra space around the Bouncy Castle to accommodate the fan and anchor points. Please contact us to discuss your requirements to ensure your venue has adequate space for your chosen unit to fit safely.
Are there any requirements about the location of the Bouncy Castle or Soft Play?
Please ensure there is enough room for the Bouncy Castle / Inflatable and / or the Soft Play. Please also note that we require a flat grass area to position the Bouncy Castle when hiring outdoors, and that this area must be free of debris and waste. We do not hire Bouncy Castles for hard-standing sites, such as ash, tarmac, monoblock, concrete or slabs, unless there are suitable anchorage points available. Our soft play arena can only be hired for indoor use only.
Are there any age restrictions?
Each Bouncy Castle has a recommended age restriction within the description. If you are unable to find a suitable Bouncy Castle please contact us. Our Soft Play Arena has an age restriction of 5 years old and under.
Delivery is free within Glasgow (10 mile radius). We may be able to deliver outside Glasgow for a small fee, please contact us.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times will be arranged during the booking process and confirmed the night before.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location. If you are unsure that the location of the castle will be suitable we can do a pre-booking inspection. There is a small fee of £15 for this.
